What we collect
The video links or files you send us, the optional video type you choose, your account email if you create an account, and basic server logs.
How we use it
Only to process your videos, make the results available for download, provide support and, if you opt in, send occasional product updates. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your videos to train AI models.
Retention
Uploaded videos and generated files are deleted 30 days after processing, or sooner if you delete them from your account. You can request deletion at any time.
Processors
We use cloud hosting, payment and AI model providers to run the service. They process data only on our instructions.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your data by emailing hello@seenaloud.com.
